The 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Pata Negra Ham is a treasure of Spanish gastronomy and the peak of the Iberian pig. Only the pure Iberian breed yields a 100% Iberian ham: juicy, subtle, aromatic meat, the fruit of breed purity and a natural acorn diet.

From pure Iberian-breed pigs raised free-range in vast pastures, acorn- and grass-fed during the montanera. Carefully cured in a natural Guijuelo cellar.
