Known for its sublime tenderness and quality, this artisan Iberico loin represents the pork equivalent to beef tenderloin. Produced using natural spices including paprika and pepper, it features a characteristic pink to purplish-red color with marbling fat. The product undergoes slow curing in natural drying houses for a minimum of 4 months. Sourced from Iberian pork raised extensively on pastures and fed with cereals, wild plants and herbs. Origin: Guijuelo, Salamanca. Vacuum packed.
