The shoulder ham is grain-fed (cebo) Iberian in a gift sleeve; the loin is 600 g, chorizo and salchichón 500 g each (vacuum-packed). Presented in a decorated Christmas-style gift case. Shoulder ham cured for a minimum of 22 months.
