The Jamotec J2 belongs to Jamotec's Classic series, a leading Spanish maker of professional ham holders and creator of the patented swivel-bushing system. It positions the ham or shoulder horizontally and uses the professional version of the patented swivel bushing, axle-guided and built entirely from stainless steel, letting you turn the piece without releasing it.

Its base is solid treated beech wood, non-slip and highly durable, approx. 4 cm thick for excellent stability. It features an adjustable "anti-wobble" foot and non-slip rubber feet.
