The 100% Iberian Acorn Pata Negra Shoulder Ham D.O. Guijuelo is the embodiment of quality: unique in flavour and aroma, pink-coloured with an unctuous fat layer that makes it juicy and powerful. Made from pure Iberian breed pigs, acorn- and grass-fed in the montanera across Extremadura and Salamanca pastures.
The shoulder ham is more intense than the leg due to fat infiltration in a finer meat. Naturally cured in Guijuelo cellars.
