The ham is a 50% Iberian-breed grain-fed (cebo) ham of 8 kg in a gift sleeve; the loin is 600 g, chorizo and salchichón 500 g each (vacuum-packed). Presented in a decorated Christmas-style gift case. Ham cured for a minimum of 28 months.
