The acorn-fed iberian morcón is an iberian-pork cured sausage made in the same tradition as chorizo, but stuffed in the large intestine — which gives it a noticeably larger size and a slower curing.

Made with leaner cuts seasoned with La Vera paprika and natural spices, its slow curing develops unique, deep flavours.
