About this product
Dry cured artisanal meat from the lumbar muscle. Known for powerful fragrant aroma, maroon-ashy colour with shine, mild paprika flavour with hints of land and smoking. Vacuum packed with minimum 2 months expiry after delivery. Cured slowly in natural drying houses for 4 months minimum. 100% Iberico with Duroc breed.
